Here's the message it says when I try to open it: "You can't respond to Readers' Favorite Things because you don't have permission to share documents with the form owner. Contact your domain administrator if you think this is a mistake."
Ah! I am, but I'm on my personal Gmail on my work computer, so that might be the issue. I just tried on my phone and it worked. Hopefully this tech report helps someone out there who is definitely also WORKING and not reading Cup of Jo/Big Salad at work :D
