Firmly in the "it's okay to go to bed angry" camp! Ninety-nine percent of the time we both realize it was silly and can laugh about it and move on. For the other 1%, being rested and clear-headed makes working toward a resolution much easier.
We have a “not after 10p” rule for disagreements because we’re usually exhausted at that point. So if we’re starting to fuss, we can just call it a night.
